All returns are acceptable within 30 days of the shipping date. No exceptions.
1.) Contact Us
If you receive your order and you are not totally satisfied, we ask that you please call us toll free at 877-USA-SAMS and speak to a customer service representative regarding the problem. Please have your ORDER ID# on hand as a reference to your order. You can also email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
2.) Ship To Us
Once you have received an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER you should pack your shipment up safe and secure and ship it back to our Customer Satisfaction Department in New York. If your problem was caused by our error, your exchange will be processed for FREE. So we are able to process your order quickly, enclose this Return/Exchange form with your return/exchange. Send your Return/Exchange along with your form to:

3.) We Ship To You
Once we receive your order, we will exchange your product for what you have requested. If you have made an error during ordering or simply would like to change your size or color, please choose the appropriate option:

Canada/APOs/Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico $10.00
Please include a cash/money order/check payable to ArmyNavyDeals.com Corp to pay for the processing, handling, and return shipping to you. We will ship back the new item(s) usually within 6-8 days after we receive your item(s). If you would like EXPRESS EXCHANGE (3-4 days after we receive your return, please include $15.00.
– ArmyNavyDeals.com will only accept unused and unworn items sent back to us in the condition that they were received.
– All items must be properly packaged for a safe return shipment.
– All returned items must be accompanied by this Return/Exchange form.
– ArmyNavyDeals.com will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges or packages that are lost during shipping.
– We encourage you to get a tracking receipt in case your shipment gets lost.
– Items may also be returned in person at one of our stores. Please bring your emailed receipt as well as a completed Return/Exchange form.
– We are unable to accept returns on all bathing suits and underwear products.
