Has the MOLLE attachments on the back, a couple of nice pockets, one on each side, that can be used for water purification tabs. I like that you can fold the flap in behind the bottle and just use the webbing to hold the canteen in. That way, you can drink from it without puling the canteen out of the pouch. Also, I purchased the 1qt canteen cup and it fits inside easily with the canteen nesting in it.
