Comments about COLD WEATHER LEATHER SHOOTING GLOVES:
I needed a solid replacement for my lost winter gloves (thin leather) and these fit the bill! They are thicker and bulkier than the previous pair (so not really comfy for driving or other activities that require significant dexterity) but I'll need it when the winter really sets in. They are pretty stiff too, but the spandex inserts at the joints help a bit. I went for a 40-minute walk with these at around 40F temp with gusty winds and while my exposed face was quite cold, my hands were kinda sweaty the whole time. Not yet tested for water resistance but I am confident they will hold up to all the snow shoveling and ice cracking I'm sure I'll be doing in the next few months.
I'm not crazy about the lack of sizing info for lots of things including gloves on this site, but using guides elsewhere online and use of measuring tape resulted in a good choice. The thumbs are a bit too long but perhaps that is because these are men's gloves and I am not a man.
