I was very impressed by the sheer look of this knife, as well as it's weight, the sharpness of the blade, the comfortable grip of the handle, and how well it goes with the rest of my knife collection. If you're a serious knife collector, then this one should be a part of your collection.

This knife is big! Not as heavy as I expected - which is good. Seems indestructable. You could chop down a tree with this thing. Would have given it 5 stars but I wasn't impressed with the sheath. It's tough but I don't like the open front type. Has a swinging belt hoop. Knife is too big to be flopping around.

This knife is tough! I use it for camp-site wood splitting, trimming limbs off of supports for lean-to training with my kids, chopping, cutting rope, etc. It comes with an unbelievably sharp edge. Great for anyone who will be outdoors in cold conditions because the 1095 steel won't break like a D2 knife will. It is a bulky beast, but that was what I was looking for: a heavy, virtually indestructable, all use bowie. Comes with a great sheath too. I highly recommend this knife to anyone who is willing to carry the extra weight in the back country.
