Comments about NAVY CIVIL WAR CAP:
...Not the most practical hat in my collection (Particularly for what I do for sport) but I didn't purchase it to be practical. I purchased it to irk my friend the southern civil war buff who constantly calls me a Yankee. Which considering my Northeastern upbringing is quite astute of them.
