Good boots, a tad heavy for jungle boots, due to the sole, but it's a fair trade for the comfort it provides. The sole is a three-piece glued assembly, the middle layer a softer foam. Feels great, but won't take a shine it that is a concern. Overall seems to be fairly well constructed, the sole is glued on which many times indicates a lower quality shoe, but for the price seems fair. I'm very pleased with the boots. A good deal on decent boots.
