What's great is this boot is a 1 size fits all, the string allows you to change the size.
Con, well, not too bad of a problem, these boots were used but in fairly clean condition, minor caking of elements, no big deal.

Good for both Chemical warfare, spills. Also good wet weather protection. Only it looks like you wrapped a garbage bag around your feet.
