Comments about European Rucksack (Large)- Olive Drab:

Great rucksack --- lots of room and rugged enough to take any amount of wear. Reminiscent of WW11 gear. Will be very useful for hiking, biking, and simply when traveling by air as a carry-on.

Comments about European Rucksack (Large)- Olive Drab:

I ordered this pack for a trip to Mexico. I lugged it around, filled to the hilt and all I can say is that it is one of the best packs I have ever used.

The pack is very comfortable to wear - either on both shoulders or just one. The pockets are all quite deep and will hold whatever you need. For example, I used one side pocket for a water bottle and the other pocket for odds and ends. The top flap pocket is wonderful and convient. The main sack itself is deep enought for a lot of goodies - I was really impressed with the size.

I shall be using this pack on many adventures to come.

Comments about European Rucksack (Large)- Olive Drab:

I have a lifestyle that requires me to live out of a back pack most of my time, and was searching for a practical pack with a classic look to beat around, at a price that my Gerl friend couldnt argue with (used to be a bit of a gear junky).

A week after I purchased the pack, I used it to move to a new apartment
(about 20 or so train rides from Brooklyn to the Bronx)...although it wasnt the most comfortable bag for the job (NO padding) I loaded the hell out of it!!! And it held up!!!!!

Since then it held up perfectly for everyday use...and just recently as a travel/day bag on week and a half long vacation in the Caribean...being able to carry every thing that my Gerl and I would need for the day with no problem.

My only beefs with the bag is:
The shoulder straps slip with a lot of weight...easy solved by double fastining.

NO padding!!!....but being that the bag could take a beating...I'm going to improve on it with a old bag that I salvaged from a thrift shop.....Bottom line GREAT BAG FOR THE PRICE!!!!

Comments about European Rucksack (Large)- Olive Drab:

...I'm now on my second European Rucksack from [...]. The first I pretty much destroyed (Still use the remnants as a light gym bag)- Mental note, durability does not equate to indestructible. I plan to be a little less brutal on my current bag. Though no promises. As an urban dweller with a very active lifestyle I use this bag for everything. It packs a lot and is comfortable to carry. Plus with all the pockets I can split up the load between "cargo" and quick access.I seriously recommend this bag to everyone.
