I ordered this day pack for hiking since my day packs that I have are sometimes heavier than the contents. I needed something lightweight.

I bought two. One for daily use and the other for hiking. I love it. For daily use, it holds all my personal items including lunch.

Haven't hiked since buying them but I am looking forward to having a pack that isn't heavy with cushions, zippers and all the unnecessary nuts and bolts that many packs have and add to the weight. This pack is simple and lightweight. My only wish is that the pack would have had heavier canvas.

This pack is good for daily use and will be good for hiking.
