To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Uncle Sams. Since eBay charges us fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay so we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for our listing fees (approximately $5 per item), in which case we will NOT contact eBay.

How do I pay for my eBay purchases?

If you are the winning bidder on an auction or have purchased an item with Buy It Now, please click on the Checkout Now button located on the left to complete Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitter's checkout. During checkout you can securely pay for your purchase with Paypal, Visa, MC, American Express, or Money Order. All customers are required to complete our checkout.

How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases?
We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions must end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
Why does PayPal say "Seller does not accept instant payments"?
PayPal helps large sellers, like Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters, carefully match payments to orders to enusre that all payments are properly processed. This allows us to confirm your payment and ship your order quickly. As a result you must complete our checkout before sending a PayPal payment.
Can I send you a PayPal payment without using your checkout?
No, it will delay your order. The Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters checkout only takes a few minutes and allows you to:

What is the total amount I owe for my eBay purchases?
The total due is the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of shipping. Your total will be automatically calculated during our online checkout.
Domestic/USA customers do not pay sales tax uncless they live in New York State (8.375%). Auction item shipping and handling rates are displayed on each item listing and shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
For Canadian and International customers we offer express shipping via FedEx, please see the item listing for actual rates. Duties and taxes will not be collected during checkout and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
Yes! If you purchase multiple items you may automatically combine any unpaid items into one order during checkout. Once combined into 1 order, items must be paid for together. We do request you checkout all items within within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rates are posted with each item listing. We offer free standard shipping when you purchase 3 or more items and use coupon code "FREESHIP" during the checkout.

 Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or the US Postal Service . Unfortunately we do not offer pickup from our warehouse.
We DO ship to Domestic PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska & Hawaii and U.S. Territories via the US Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail, all other addresses ship via USPS Parcel Post. |

Why isn't my item ready for checkout?
Once an auction ends or an item is purchased with Buy It Now, our systems need to collect the customer information from eBay. This process can take up to a few hours during which time the item will not be ready for checkout. Once the item IS ready for checkout, we will email the buyer with a custom link to our quick and secure checkout.
Can I use a coupon with my order?
If you have joined our mailing list, you may have received a promotional coupon valid towards your eBay or Website purchases from Uncle Sams Army Navy Outfitters. To redeem this coupon, you must enter it during checkout at our website.

Why does your checkout say my email address is not correct?
When an item is purchased on eBay, the user ID of the buyer/winner is recorded by eBay. We are then contacted by eBay with the details on the transaction, including the buyer's email address. For security purposes Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters requires the buyer to enter the winning buyer's email address during checkout. If the email address entered does not match the email address on file with eBay, then you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?
No. We wish we could BUT by law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. We prefer FedEx for our Canadian and International shipments because all shipments include tracking and insurance.

Who pays for duties and customs fees?
All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government.
Shipments to all countries outside the U.S. are subject to local duties, taxes and fees. Since each country is different, Uncle Sams Army Navy Outfitters is not able to assist in collecting those duties and all duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery (COD) of the package.

What is your return policy?

We have been in the Army Navy business for over 35 years and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. To return a purchase, please contact us to request an RMA#. Please include your order number and reason for return and we will respond with an RMA# and return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy allows you to return any unworn item for up to 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will refund all your shipping costs upon inspection of that item.
