It has trench coat details such as collar, epaulets wrist tab with buckles; but it is a wide coat like a cape. The buckles have France engraved on them and the buttons read paris on the back. It was initially made to wear over winter clothing, to act as an outer protector, and man does it. It is so strong that it acts a your own personal pup tent.
